Lottie oversees the paid media team, and manages the paid media advertising across PPC, paid social and programmatic advertising, as well as a focus on the overall digital user journey, from an audience-first approach. With a background in earth and planetary research, she loves a doughnut chart and a data table, really digging into the data to understand the results and opportunities. Lottie is possibly at her happiest finding tech solutions and ways to use data, AI and machine learning to take out the simple repetitive stuff, so we as a team can focus on the innovative, brain-powered stuff!
Contact LottieAfter a year at art college, Lottie chose to go down the science route, completing a degree in Palaeobiology, followed by a PhD in Earth and Planetary Science.
Her professional journey began with an internship in Mediacom's Insight team, helping secure a position in PPC and PSoc at Periscopix working across YouTube, Display, PPC and Facebook. Later, she joined iProspect as the Operations Director for the Global PPC team and Brainlabs as Head of Search and Social.
In her recent role as Head of Paid Media and Planning at iCrossing, Lottie oversaw Media Planning and Programmatic, along with PPC and Paid Social. Outside work, she has completed courses in Forrester CX and User Journey Mapping, driven by her interest in understanding the entire user journey and how Paid strategies fit into the overall consumer experience.
