RSPCA is one of the most established and well-recognised animal charities in the UK. Like many other organisations, they were going through a transformation project internally and reached out to Reflect Digital looking to better understand their donor journeys, especially when it came to email marketing.
We kick-started this project with a discovery, bringing together all the key stakeholders alongside our behavioural and copywriting experts to review all 14 touch points across their email journeys. All emails and landing pages were meticulously reviewed by our behavioural team to consider both copy and design and provide a detailed framework and guidelines for RSPCA’s internal team to implement.
We produced a detailed review document for the client including clear examples of feedback and future execution opportunities. We also provided a bespoke set of behavioural guidelines for the RSPCA including a behavioural model they could follow to create emails going forward; giving their internal team all the tools they need to create donor journeys that drive impact.
We’re also very excited to see these guidelines being implemented and to have already signed off on another project to work with the RSPCA, watch this space!
