Senior Growth Marketing Executive

  • Salary: £27k - 35k DOE
  • Flexible working: 4-day work week, hybrid

The Senior Growth Marketing Executive will support driving customer-centric strategies and leveraging psychological insights to deliver growth for our clients. You'll be the key link between clients and teams, managing relationships, delivering results, and spotting growth opportunities.

Behavioural Strategist

  • Salary: £40k+ D.O.E
  • Flexible working: 4-day work week, hybrid
  • Annual Leave: 28 days (exc bank holidays)

Our Behavioural Strategist will understand the important role psychology and customer experience play in marketing. They are passionate about understanding the emotions and motivations that drive online consumers and users.

Digital PR Manager

  • Salary: £35-40K DOE
  • Flexible working: 4-day work week, hybrid (at least 2 days in the office in Maidstone, Kent)
  • Annual Leave: 28 days (exc bank holidays)

We are Reflect Digital, a digital marketing agency that is looking for an inspirational Digital PR Manager to join our Digital PR and Content team to help deliver effective digital strategies for our clients. We are seeking a candidate who has experience delivering comprehensive strategies for clients, with proven outcomes. 

Paid Media Manager

  • Salary: £35k - £45k DOE
  • Flexible working: 4-day work week, hybrid (at least 2 days in the office in Maidstone, Kent)
  • Annual Leave: 28 days (exc bank holidays)

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our team of digital experts. We have a thriving Paid department that is dedicated to helping our staff and clients grow. We work across a number of verticals with a varied client base. 

SEO Executive

  • Salary: £22k - 27k DOE
  • Flexible working: 4-day work week, remote working available
  • Annual Leave: 28 days (exc bank holidays)

We are looking for an enthusiastic digital marketing devotee to join our team. We have a thriving SEO department that is dedicated to helping both our clients and employees grow. We work across a number of different verticals with a mixed client base. We look for people who are interested in digital marketing and are keen to grow their own knowledge. At least a year of experience working in an SEO position would be required for this role.

We’re looking for a data-driven, expert-level SEO Manager to deliver exceptional content and technical strategies against the client’s goals and objectives.
