Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities 

The agency relies on you for the following:

  • Behavioural Product & Growth: Provide behavioural insights and strategic recommendations, as well as contribute to the delivery of persona and UX projects to Reflect’s clients 
  • Team Support: Support the growth, efficiency, and development of the team and agency
  • Client Servicing: Build positive and trusting relationships with clients to deliver on KPIs
  • Raising the Bar on Quality: Consistently producing top-quality outcomes for clients 
  • Sales & Marketing: Contribute to agency new business development
  • Continuous Professional Development: Taking ownership of your own development

What does success look like?

  • To enhance the behavioural offering to our existing clients by providing more value and a greater ROI.
  • To have developed and upskilled the team's ability to approach every campaign with a behavioural mindset. 
  • To offer a new and innovative dimension to our offering that people can’t find at other agencies.   
  • To have embedded a framework across the agency to map the customer journey for our clients, driving our client's brands to be found at the right time, in the right place and with the right message. 

Your place in the agency and key relationships

  • Report to the CEO
  • Working closely with the Heads of Departments 
  • Supporting all departments with their human behavioural knowledge and application of Reflect Digital’s human behaviour strategy

Key Requirements

  • BSc in social sciences degree
  • 2+ years applying behavioural science or behavioural thinking in commercial contexts

  1. Salary £40k+ DOE

  2. Annual Leave: 28 days (ex., Bank Holidays) plus Birthdays, Charity day and between Christmas and NY.
