Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Digital PR strategies to increase brand visibility, build links and enhance our online reputation.
  • Identify relevant media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to pitch our stories and secure media coverage. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media contacts and industry influencers to secure ongoing coverage and partnerships.
  • Work closely with clients as a key partner, identifying up-selling opportunities linked to their KPIs and business challenges by attending key meetings and remaining in regular contact.
  • Analyse Digital PR performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of Digital PR initiatives.
  • Manage strong account health by tracking clearly defined KPIs
  • Create compelling press releases, pitches and other Digital PR materials to effectively communicate key messages and campaigns. 
  • Mentor your executives to ensure that they develop a wealth of experience within Digital PR as well as soft skills
  • Be active in the agency’s Thought Leadership activities

  • Enabling the team through processes and training to consistently delight our customers with the highest standards of work.
  • Building processes between the Content and Digital PR, SEO, CX, paid media and human behaviour departments to ensure our USP is truly embedded in what we do.
  • Enabling up-selling opportunities with our clients as a result of generating an exceptional client relationship.

  1. Salary £35-40K DOE

  2. Annual Leave: 28 days (ex., Bank Holidays) plus Birthdays, Charity day and between Christmas and NY.
