ACCOUNTABILITIES

High Standards of Work: Produce great outcomes for clients with the support of the team

  • Manage a varying influx of client enquiries, and prioritise accordingly 
  • An ability to act with urgency in the instance of high priority issues and keep the client well-informed of progress
  • Take responsibility for the execution of assigned tasks
  • An ability to give and receive constructive feedback to ensure high quality standards and best results for clients
  • Own the logistics, administration and day-to-day account work associated with our clients.
  • Take ownership of budget updates, invoices and status reports
  • An understanding of the importance of managing data securely and respecting data privacy

Client Relationships and Growth: Maintain client relationships and seek growth opportunities through the delivery of a high-quality service

  • With close and regular input from delivery teams, create, maintain and communicate an up to date pulse of tasks and actions to keep projects and strategy on track
  • Lead regular check ins with the client to understand their current goals and objectives and communicate any changes to the rest of the team 
  • Be the main point of contact for the client and internal teams
  • Maintain high levels of client retention by exceeding expectations, building strong relationships and regularly reviewing accounts for new opportunities to help our clients grow 
  • Manage the creation and ongoing management of SOWs
  • Manage and nurture strong relationship health by building strong partnerships with clients
  • Leading regular reviews to consider potential growth opportunities and consistently bring clients new ideas

Successful Collaboration: Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed client expectations

  • An ability to follow the direction of the Growth Marketing Managers/Directors and delivery managers, but also show initiative to ensure smooth operation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills when discussing tasks across all teams. 
  • Seeking timely support from relevant departments, if necessary, in order to find a solution.
  • You will be working closely with the wider account management team helping grow the accounts, providing financial updates and researching/analysing new industry trends.
  • Bringing teams together to ensure we are using each other’s strengths, introducing the right services at the right time and staying aligned at all times

Continuous Professional Development: Taking ownership of your own development with the support of your team

  • Proactively seek training and continuing professional development to stay up to date with developments, algorithm updates and process changes.

  • Report to the Growth Marketing Director
  • Working with Growth Marketing department and the rest of the Human First Collective
  • Supporting Growth Marketing Managers and Directors

  1. Salary: £27k - 35k DOE

  2. Annual Leave: 28 days (ex., Bank Holidays) plus Birthdays, Charity day and between Christmas and NY.
