Becky was invited to speak on Heart FM this morning on International Women’s Day - a day which celebrates women’s achievements around the world.

Becky Simms, Managing Director of the Kent based digital marketing agency Reflect Digital, said: “ This new charter is a positive step in the right direction.
“Anything that increases the gender diversity in tech roles and inspires the talent of tomorrow has got to be a good thing."
The 19 organisations that have signed up to this charter, will work with schools across the UK to educate and inspire female pupils to consider a career in technology by developing tech toolkits.
The companies will also promote its female staff as tech role models and aim to provide the right environment to attract, recruit and retain women.
Becky adds: “Young women need female role models, therefore I believe this charter will help achieve this.
