EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND 

In 2013 Lucy began her career in the automotive industry as a Creative Services Designer, putting together creative graphics and photographing and editing product imagery for an eBay car parts business. 
A few years down the line she moved into a Marketing Specialist role within the eBay marketplace, activating seller events and promoted listings in order to grow business revenue whilst efficiently considering ROI and business margins. 
From gained experience within this role she emerged into ecommerce, focusing on digital marketing as part of the wider Vertu Motors plc group. She managed three automotive parts websites and cross collaborated with multiple teams in order to project manage activity across various channels. She led 'always on' activity along with campaign creation and activation to effectively deliver business plans.

After spending 11 and a half years within the automotive industry, Lucy took the leap and joined Reflect Digital where her marketing efforts and knowledge will support the agency's visions, goals and growth.
