Reflect Digital relocates to new, larger offices in Maidstone as part of continued growth plans.

The digital marketing agency, Reflect Digital has relocated to new, larger premises in Maidstone.

After seven years of trading at Turkey Mill Business Park, the company, which specialises in SEO, paid performance marketing, creative design, development and gamification, has now moved into an office at Kestrel House along Knightrider Street. 

The move has been sparked by Reflect Digital’s growth in recent years and comes two months on from the firm being acquired by LAB to form the LAB Group. 

Reflect Digital was set up by CEO Becky Simms in 2011 from her flat in Maidstone town centre before moving onto Turkey Mill.

Paul Simms, Chief Operating Officer at Reflect Digital, said:

“We’ve experienced seven years of consistent growth in our offices at Turkey Mill. 

“Starting out as a team of five and leaving as a team of 25.

“Although we loved our office at Turkey Mill, our expansion means that we need additional space for our fast-growing agency.

“Our new Kestrel House office, which is approximately double the size of our old Turkey Mill office, will support our needs in the next exciting phase of our agency growth plans, where we expect to achieve an annual turnover of £4 million+ in the next three years.

"I’m extremely proud of the future we are creating for the team at Reflect Digital and this move is another milestone on our journey.”

Paul adds: “We wanted it to be much more than just a place of work. 

“It should be a place the team love and one that helps to inspire them to do great work. 

“Our design team did an amazing job of the office branding with the right touches of creative flair. 

“A lot of hard work went into making the vision a reality so I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who put in their own time to make it happen.

“I look forward to our continued growth in Kestrel House in 2020."

Becky Simms, CEO at Reflect Digital, said:

“Our internal move team have spent many hours painstakingly planning everything, from the overall design to how many beds Harry (our Chief Happiness Officer, aka the office dog) should have and in which rooms.

“We wanted to create somewhere that immediately felt like home for our team but also for any clients or partners that come to visit. 

“We have increased our company benefits to coincide with the move, now offering breakfast for the team which can be enjoyed in the lovely breakout space we now have. 

“The extra space the new office provides offers more areas for the team to relax in which is really important for wellbeing in the fast-paced environment we work in. 

“We are so proud of our new home, we welcome any guests who want to pop by for a coffee and a catch-up! It is amazing to see how far we have come from my dining room table to Turkey Mill and now this amazing space.
