EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
After qualifying with a BA (Hons) QTS degree in Primary Education, Sarah embarked upon an action-packed 15-year teaching career. From a Newly Qualified Teacher, she worked her way up to becoming a Deputy Head Teacher of a wonderful village school. During this time, Sarah acquired many skills, such as coaching and mentoring, data analysis, and strategic thinking, as well as discovering more about how young people learn and develop leadership techniques.
As she progressed through her teaching career, Sarah led training for the Local Authority to support teachers with improving their teaching pedagogy as well as training staff, in all stages of their career, across schools about how children learn and their development.
Having been in education for some time, Sarah decided to try a new career path and joined a recruitment agency where she specialised in recruiting for roles in the technology sector. Discovering a new industry was fascinating, but she wanted to return to a career in learning and development. She joined Reflect Digital in 2023 to utilise her skills to support people to achieve their career goals.

- Ed Sheeran - she has travelled across the country to see him live!
- Spa Days or long walks in the country - depending on her mood.
Dislikes
- Onions and cheese - both ingredients smell like feet!
- Moaning - if you don't like something, do something about it.
- Having cold feet - everyone needs a big fluffy pair of slippers!
