Elavon is consistently rated among the top global payment providers, with more than two million customers trusting us to process their payments business. Through Google Ads, the company was looking to grow and acquire new customers with a large focus on cost per acquisition.

Solution

Using our expertise in Paid Media, we were able to utilise Google’s Performance Max (the latest campaign type available in the Google platform). This campaign type offers a combined approach, allowing us to run search, display, shopping and video advertising from one campaign.

This complemented our existing strategy, enabling us to reach a wider audience and cover even more areas of the internet. 

Using Google’s innovative Performance Max campaign, we were able to achieve a 260% increase in conversions alongside our Display activity, compared with the previous quarter when we were only running Display and no Performance Max. 
This resulted in a conversion rate increase of 400% in the same time frame.

These 2 stats combined allowed us to reduce our CPA by 79% and achieve the lowest cost per acquisition in the account from our Display Activity to date.
