Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and oversee the delivery of successful multi channel paid media campaigns that meet or exceed client goals and expectations
  • Develop and implement effective Paid media strategies, including being responsible for the delivery of keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and budget allocation by the paid team reporting to you
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to clients, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement
  • Develop proposal documentations and complete audits for new client opportunities
  • Lead client meetings and  proposal presentations, providing strategic recommendations and guidance based on industry trends and best practices

  • Manage members of the paid team ensuring they have clear development plans in place to see progression in their role
  • Provide mentorship and training to staff and clients, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them grow and succeed
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, including creative and SEO, to ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver optimal results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Paid media  trends and technologies, continually testing and optimizing campaigns to drive maximum ROI for clients
  • Ensure that all campaigns comply with industry standards and best practices, including data privacy regulations and ethical advertising principles

  1. Salary: £47k-55K DOE

  2. Annual Leave: 28 days (ex., Bank Holidays) plus Birthdays, Charity day and between Christmas and NY.
